Use of the GQG Funds' website ("Site"), owned and operated by the GQG Funds ("Funds"), signifies that you accept the following Terms of Use. Nothing contained in these Terms of Use is intended to modify or amend any other written agreement, if any, that may currently be in effect between you and the Funds with regard to matters other than your use of the Site. The Funds may periodically modify these Terms of Use, and any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. We suggest that you periodically check these Terms of Use for modifications. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, do not use this Site.

Note: Accessing or requesting account information or transactions through this site constitutes and shall be deemed to be an acceptance of the following Terms of Use.

Account Information and Transactions

The accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the Funds' account information provided is the sole responsibility of the transfer agent, which collects account information from you and provides that information. No party which provides a connection between this Site and the Funds, or its transfer agency system, can verify or ensure the receipt of any information transmitted to or from the Funds or its transfer agent-or the acceptance by, or completion of any transaction with, the Funds.

The online acknowledgments or other messages which appear on your screen for transactions entered do not mean that the transactions have been received, accepted, or rejected by the Funds. These acknowledgments are only an indication that the transactional information entered by you has either been transmitted to the Funds, or that it cannot be transmitted. It is the responsibility of the Funds to confirm to you that it has received the information and accepted or rejected a transaction. It is the responsibility of the Funds to deliver to you a current prospectus, confirmation statement, and any other documents or information required by applicable law.

You are responsible for reviewing the Funds' account statements to verify the accuracy of your Funds' account information provided in the statements and all transactions entered through this Site. You are also responsible for promptly notifying the Funds of any errors or inaccuracies relating to information contained in, or omitted from your Funds' account statements, including errors or inaccuracies arising from the transactions conducted through this Site.

Transactions are subject to all requirements, restrictions, and fees as set forth in the prospectus and statement of additional information of the funds.

Persons Resident Outside the United States

Shares of the Funds are offered only for sale in the United States. While you may obtain prospectus and other information about the Funds at this Site, the Funds are not registered for sale in any other country. Nothing on this Site should be considered a solicitation to buy or an offer to sell shares of the Funds in any jurisdiction where the offer or solicitation would be unlawful under the securities laws of such foreign jurisdiction or the United States.

Limited License and Restrictions on Use

The Funds grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to view, store, bookmark, download, and print the pages within this Site solely for your personal, informational, and noncommercial use or as expressly authorized by the Funds in writing. Copyright Policy, Notice, and Claim Information

The Funds own and operate this Site. All Materials on this Site, whether separate or compiled, including but not limited to, text, graphics, and audio clips. Logos, buttons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, software, icons, html code and xml code, as well as all copyright, patent, trademark, trade dress, and other rights therein, are owned or licensed by GQG Funds, their affiliates and third-party information providers, and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
